Joe believes that the family is the basic unit of society and places an emphasis on the importance of the value of life, and strong family relationships. He has received the endorsement of the Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life, Minnesota Citizens in Defense of Marriage, Minnesotans for Life, and Neighbors for Life. He says, “As your State Senator I will fight to preserve the rights of the unborn as if we already hold them in our arms. I will also fight for the right to life for our elderly until we can no longer hold them in our arms.”

Joe served in the U.S. Army for 4 years. As a veteran he has worked with veteran organizations like the VFW and American Legion. As a civic leader he has worked hard to promote veterans issues throughout our communities.

As land developers and home builders Jerry and his brother have seen firsthand the issues facing our small businesses. Joe understand the cause and effect of government taxation and regulation. He will use his experience to fight for lower taxes, efficient government, and less government regulations.
